PROCRASTINATION

As the title shows I have procrastinated my workout plans and i have slacked to the maximum. I went to the gym the week after the start of thi blog with much promise and enthusiasm. I went on the treadmill and ran on 10mph for 30minutes working up the sweat and then did a chest and arms weight session. There are certain hormones that arise when you're doing exercise, endorphins, i think they were in mass production that day. Anyway I went back home and then I ate a whole load of junk food. Is it not annoying how you can work up only a meagre 300calories when you jog and then you eat a small bar of chocolate and its almost equivalent? Food is the core part of getting into a good physical condition. If you eat right, you will have a very easy job o. You are what you eat. So if you stay eating junk you will be junk.
Sleep is very important as well if you are trying to be in good shape. Oversleeping is not good. Take it from me, my belly crept up on me on one of my 12hour NAPS. If i saw it growing do you think  i would have let it?Anyway anything between 6 and 7 hours of sleep is adequate. Anything more is oversleeping.
I will have to imbibe all these things to undergo the physical transformation that im on about but i love food and my sleep. Feeel Free to follow me on twitter @somkele. I hardly tweet but i usually have a few choice days to rant.
My workout plan will begin officially tomorrow. Fingers crossed I will wake up in time

REALISATION

I have never been much of a blogger or a fan of it but I was watching a movie called Julie and Julia or something like that and I was inspired to start writing my own blog. It is a shortlived blog because it is only going to detail a hopeful metamorphosis into a fitter person for the year 2011.
Growing up my parents always wondered if I was going to end up a midget because I was that short. I was also skinny and this was just attributed to me having good metabolism. Looking back I think my brother and I used to eat a lof of bread each for breakfast and still have space for some more food.Maybe this is because I was more active with sports and everything. This can also be because I was very rascally in secondary school(I still have my moments now though) and this probably meant that I was using all the food that  I was eating anyway. I was also not concerned about my physical attributes because I was in Boarding School and separated from the outside world which makes sure that you get used to all the people in my school.
When I graduated from Loyola Jesuit College in 2006, I was only about 65kg and I looked like a flag pole according to my mum because I was skinny and had an unreasonably long head. Fast forward to 5years later and uncountable number of burgers and chicken doners and I am 105kg. Nope I am not a football linebacker, I have just gotten so big without even realising it from stuffing my face an lacking quality exercise. The realisation came when I was in a friend's house and after laughin at my friend Gabby's weight, I made that horrific mistake of stepping on the scale. That three digit number has forced me to get back on a weight loss regiment and will result in me chronicling my progress as I give myself 60days to lose 15kg. It's going to be difficult because I have exams and all but Iwant to be able to get back on a stricter regiment and not have to rip so many of my trousers. So please join me as I start my 60day workout plan.
